1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and HRLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”). Accessing our platform indicates your acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.

HRLC provides AI-powered human resources tools, including but not limited to:

  • Resume analysis and optimization tools.
  • Generative AI for HR documentation (Job Descriptions, Policies, Communications).
  • Employee engagement and retention analytics.
  • Visual asset generation for corporate branding.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration data and any other information you provide.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the HRLC platform.
  • Scrape or mass-export data from the platform without written permission.
  • Use the AI output to make automated decisions that have significant legal effects on individuals (e.g., automated hiring rejections) without human review.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform IP: The HRLC platform, including its code, algorithms, and design, is the proprietary property of HRLC.

User Content: You retain ownership of the specific data and inputs you provide. HRLC claims no ownership over the specific documents or images you generate for your internal business use.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain services are available via paid subscription (“Pro Access”). You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. HRLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

8. AI Disclaimer

Our services utilize artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI can hallucinate or produce biased results. You agree that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it for professional or legal purposes.
